NutSpice Food Pvt Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing, packaging, and sale of Makhana (Fox Nuts) and other healthy snack products through both online and offline channels including our website, e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart), and retail partners.
We cater to both B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) customers.

  1. Ordering and Payments

Orders can be placed via our website or authorized partners.

We accept payments through secure online gateways, UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. NutSpice Food Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion.

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order placement will be considered final.

We aim to deliver products within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier availability, and external factors.

In case of delays, we will notify customers via email or phone.

  1. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Customers must inform us within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@thenutspice.com
with proof (photo/video).

The product must be unused and in its original packaging for eligibility.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

We do not accept returns for taste preferences or minor packaging variations.

All logos, product names, images, and content appearing on our website and packaging are the intellectual property of NutSpice Food Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

NutSpice Food Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our maximum liability in all circumstances shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product.
